Recipe – Cheesy, Crunchy, Chilli Nachos

Have you ever wanted an easy, crispy nack that is not bad for you and is super yummy!!! Well here you go just follow these simple steps to easily create your crunchy, crispy, cheesy nachos ! Enjoy !!!

Ingredients:
1 x 200g pack of plain tortilla chips
50g mozzerella cheese grated
50g mature cheddar cheese grated

Salsa:
350g tomatoes
Half of a red onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
Juice of half a lime
60ml feshly chopped coriander
1 green chilli pepper

You need:
Chopping tools
Knife
Mixing bowl
Metal spoon
Baking tray

Method:

Preheat grill to preffered temperature. Just remember, the higher the heat, the faster the cheese will melt

Step 1:Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds,then dice.Place in a bowl and stir in all the remaining salsa ingredients.

Step 2:Place the nachos on a large baking tray or shallow ovenproof dish and spoon over the salsa.

Step 3:Scatter the cheese over the nachos.Place under a preheated grill for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 4: Take out of the oven and wait to cool. Once cool, tuck in to your quick and easy snack
